Practitioners of Rhazul

The Kyn Dynasty has always had a reputation for being ruled with an ironfist. The framework of the empires consent is manufactured by the silver-tongued politicians and lawmen of Rhazul. Academy trained in the arts of persuasion and law, these practitioners travel the empire and settle disputes and grievances.

Little is known about their studies and methods, but it is said to be shrouded in ancient philosophies. Indeed, many of those who find themselves on the bitter end of a practitioner’s debate will swear they had been tricked into the decision with mythical dark arts.

The Practitioners of Rhazul have more than their fair share of secrets. Able to sense the coming collapse of the Kyn Dynasty, they will stop at nothing to enhance their own ambition. The Practitioners will have to rely on their own techniques to ensure their survival- including working with the enemy.

Mechanics

The Practitioners of Rhazul utilizes a shut-down strategy. An applied condition called Disorient prevents enemy units from being able to take actions. This can be used defensively or combined with aggressive cards in order to take advantage of Disoriented targets.
